In case you don’t know me yet: I’m Gina Hamadey, author of I Want to Thank You: How a Year of Gratitude Can Bring Joy and Meaning in a Disconnected World, about the year I sent out 365 gratitude notes to strangers, neighbors, family and friends. Expressing gratitude changed my life—it reconnected me with people I love, healed complicated relationships, and made me a happier person—and now I’m on a mission to encourage others to do the same.
I’ve been sending out a chatty newsletter once or twice a month since January 2020. My goal is to speak honestly about whatever’s on my mind, which is generally related (however loosely) to gratitude. I’m so glad you’re here!
