WHO IS THIS?

I’m Gina Hamadey, author of I Want to Thank You: How a Year of Gratitude Can Bring Joy and Meaning in a Disconnected World, about the year I spent sending out 365 gratitude notes to strangers, neighbors, family and friends. Expressing gratitude changed my life—it reconnected me with people I love, healed complicated relationships, and made me a happier person—and now I’m on a mission to encourage others to do the same.

I was a magazine editor—at O: the Oprah Magazine and Rachael Ray’s magazine and Food & Wine—and I’ve written about gratitude for The New York Times and Elle, and have appeared on The Today Show and the Rachael Ray show.
